• Maintain hospital grounds through mowing, pruning, trimming, and fertilizing on a set seasonal schedule
• Ensure outdoor irrigation systems and pest control operations run smoothly from spring through fall
• Own snow and ice removal so the campus stays accessible for patients, families, and staff through the winter
• Keep hospital grounds free of litter and debris year-round

• 1-3 years of grounds care, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance experience
• Full Maryland Driver's License required (provisional and permit licenses not accepted)
• Good driving record required
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
• Comfortable operating grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, snow removal equipment)
