• Oversee full lifecycle project management from planning, to delivery, to client satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams including trade partners, design consultants, and internal staff.
• Track project metrics budget, timeline, safety, and stakeholder communication to ensure objectives are met.
• Drive decision-making with transparency and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as the project s trusted advocate.
• Identify efficiencies and improvements to enhance project delivery and team performance.

• 5+ years of hands-on construction project management experience in commercial, multifamily, or residential sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in schedule and budget oversight.
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively, ensuring clarity and ownership.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A values-driven mindset grounded in integrity and collaboration.
• Proficiency using project management software. Procore Preferred.
• Proven skills in estimating in commercial, multifamily, or residential sectors.

• Competitive salary range: $85,000 $ 125,000 per year.
