Client Service Location Expectations: regardless of option, most clients reside in community-based group homes. Clients not in group homes may be seen in a community-based office, at the company’s main office, or via telehealth—provided that either the clinician or client is located at an approved site during service.
Caseload Makeup: 11 Category A clients at 1620 Druid Hill Ave, Baltimore, MD 21217; 14 Category A clients at 1723 Gwynns Falls Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21217; 4 non-Category A clients in the community or at 3310 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224.
