We’re seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead construction execution for the Radiation Portal Monitor Project (RPMP) program—supporting critical national security infrastructure. In this role, you’ll drive strategy, oversee multi-site field operations, and integrate engineering, procurement, and construction into a unified delivery model.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep expertise in federal construction, government contracting, and large-scale project delivery.

What You’ll Lead:
  • Develop construction execution strategy, organizational structure, and field leadership approach.
  • Oversee on-site operations across all active RPM installations and upgrades.
  • Integrate constructability with engineering and procurement workflows.
  • Approve subcontracting strategies, vendor selections, and commercial negotiations.
  • Champion safety, quality, and compliance across all job sites.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, cash flow, and schedule performance.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships with federal stakeholders.
  • Mentor project directors, site leaders, and field supervisors.
  • Support proposal development, ROM estimates, and long-term program growth.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years leading construction management for large-scale federal or industrial projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal construction compliance.
  • Experience delivering projects for DHS, GSA, DOE, or similar agencies.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of engineering workflows, procurement cycles, and construction methods.
  • Expertise in contracting, change management, claims, negotiations, and commercial risk.
  • Demonstrated leadership in safety, quality, operational excellence, and field execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
What Will Make You Stand Out?
  • Experience with complex security or detection system installations.
  • Strong subcontractor leadership and federal client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams across multiple states and environments.
Why Join Us?

This role sits at the center of a critical national program supporting homeland security objectives. You’ll lead high-visibility infrastructure initiatives that directly impact U.S. operational readiness, while working with a mission-driven, collaborative team.
