** As a Senior Facility Manager at JLL, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for overseeing comprehensive facility operations across multiple properties or a major corporate campus. ** What your day-to-day will look like:
*** Develop and execute comprehensive facility management strategies that optimize building performance, reduce operational costs, and enhance occupant satisfaction
* Lead cross-functional teams including maintenance staff, security personnel, and vendor partners to deliver exceptional service across all facility operations
* Manage annual budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service quality standards
* Conduct regular facility assessments, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, and oversee capital improvement projects from conception to completion
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, environmental standards, and corporate policies while maintaining detailed documentation and reporting
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand evolving workplace requirements and implement innovative solutions that support business continuity
* Respond to facility emergencies, coordinate crisis management protocols, and maintain business continuity plans to minimize operational disruptions
* Champion sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency programs, and workplace wellness strategies that align with environmental and corporate social responsibility goals
* Utilize facility management technology platforms and data analytics to optimize space utilization, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 7-10 years of progressive facility management experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities in commercial real estate environments
* Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or equivalent industry credentials
* Proven track record managing complex facility operations including HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, security systems, and building automation technologies
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, vendor contracts, and capital expenditure programs
* Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and industry best practices
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
