Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Property Manager based on-site in Baltimore, MD. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential or commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and smooth operations. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, managing tenant relationships, overseeing leasing activities, handling budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising property staff. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain high-quality living environments and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Property management experience, including tenant relations and lease administration.
  • Strong organizational and financial planning skills, including proficiency in budgeting and reporting.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and vendor management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address and resolve tenant concerns promptly.
  • Familiarity with property management software and basic computer proficiency.
  • Understanding of local and state property management regulations, with a commitment to compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; industry certifications such as CPM or ARM are a plus.
