CGS is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to provide oversight of financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative.

• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services
• Performs and oversees financial and procurement services
• The Project Manager will have frequent contact with the Government Case Managers and other DOJ agency staff
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed
• Oversee a small team of financial analysts
• Perform an active quality assurance role to ensure high‑quality work delivered on time
• Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases

• At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems
• Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time‑critical support activities simultaneously
• Expert knowledge of finance systems including SAS, outstanding writing skills, excellent oral communication skills, and strong management skills
• Knowledge of the Government’s data processing environment, including office automation networks, PC‑based databases, other applications, and internet/server‑based databases
• U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
• Undergraduate degree required
• Law degree desirable
