Team Lead
Job OverviewAs a Team Lead, you deliver world‑class service within assigned teams, leading to account growth. You provide delivery leadership for one large or up to three small teams within a single project, coach and mentor junior team members, and ensure high performance, team development, and successful project outcomes.
Key Contributions- Delivering exceptional service, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Leading teams to consistently meet project milestones, ensuring compliance, quality, and successful implementation of solutions.
- Cultivating a culture of excellence, ensuring accountability, continuous improvement, and skill development within the team.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to customers and stakeholders, guiding decisions that align with the organization’s mission and long‑term goals.
- Ensuring that Fearless positively impacts customers’ missions and lives by consistently delivering world‑class products and services on time and within budget.
Practical Application:
Complete tasks in required competency/skill‑based areas independently, with occasional expert support.

Skills and Qualifications- Communicating with Credibility & Influence:
Build credibility as a subject matter expert; motivate stakeholders; advocate for evidence‑based solutions and strategic direction. - Technology Awareness:
Holistic knowledge of technology developments and application to business processes. - Project Management for Gov Contracts:
Plan, execute, and close government projects ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with federal regulations. - Account Growth & Retention:
Grow and maintain existing accounts, upsell and cross‑sell, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and counter competitive threats. - Government Procurement Rules, Regulations & Methods:
Apply knowledge of contracting officers, acquisition regulations, and procurement methods to identify opportunities and secure funding. - Evaluating Business Challenges:
Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions. - Advising on Solutions:
Guide implementation of solutions, provide ongoing support, ensure adherence to goals, and integrate solutions across organizational processes. - Stakeholder & Partner Management:
Identify, engage, influence, and monitor relationships with individuals and groups relevant to work efforts. - Team Management:
Analyze team data, ensure metrics achievement, manage resources and budgets, conduct performance reviews, coach, and promote team members. - Focus on Performance:
Ensure high performance standards, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Environmental & Customer Awareness:
Maintain awareness of agency dynamics, regulatory trends, and contract requirements influencing service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Delivery of world‑class services and customer intimacy
- Domain expertise applying government procurement rules and regulations
- Engage with contracting officers and acquisition professionals to meet federal requirements
- Lead up to three small or one large team, ensuring successful project delivery
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Conduct performance reviews, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement
- Use metrics and data analysis to track progress and allocate resources
- Apply project management principles to ensure compliance, budget adherence, and timely delivery
- Address challenges and implement solutions aligned with strategic goals
