Job Summary

The Overnight Operations Manager with the Restaurant Store is responsible formanagingthephysicalmerchandisingof all itemsfora retailbranchlocation.

Under direction of the Branch Manager, the Overnight Operations Manageris  responsible foraccomplishinga variety of operational goalsthrougheffectivetime management strategies thatalign withthe goals ofoursales,order fulfillment, merchandising, and inventoryteams.

• Optimizesales based on effective productreplenishmentthroughout the branch location
• Ensurea high levelof organization and neatnesswhile completinginventory replenishment tasks
• Maintain promotional displays throughout store that highlight promotional items in an effective manner
• Support order fulfillment methods of location by managingorder pulling as needed throughout shift
• Communicate effectively with other department managers to ensure needs of customers are metina timelyand ongoing basis
• Communicate with Branch / Assistant Branch Manager to support the safety and maintenance of the building and equipment
• Manage employee relation issues as needed
• Support the development and training needs of the overnight team related to operational goals and position requirements
• Performadditionaltasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Manage building safety by holding keys to the building andusingalarm codes as outlined in company policy
• Maintaintheoverall cleanliness of the store
