Area Client Services Manager

Overview

We are seeking an Area Client Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative activities for assigned facilities. This role ensures compliance with contract requirements, implements cost control measures, and maintains service standards to meet customer expectations.

• Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings and ensure services meet contractual obligations and profitability goals.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and personnel to align with customer specifications.
• Interact daily with customers to address feedback, troubleshoot issues, and meet special needs.
• Oversee quality control inspections and safety programs.
• Develop and implement operational improvement plans and process changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor financial and operational performance proactively.
• Ensure accurate payroll submission and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership to address invoices outside contractual parameters.
• Provide leadership and management to Supervisors and Lead personnel.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high service standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in operations or client services management preferred.
