Home and Bath Remodeling Operations General Manager

As a senior leadership position, you are responsible for revenue performance, sales execution, and team leadership within the Home and Bath Remodeling operation. Your role maintains direct involvement in high‑level in‑home sales while providing strategic oversight, performance management, and day‑to‑day leadership of the sales organization. This position is ideal for a proven leader who combines strong closing ability with executive‑level decision making and a hands‑on leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive overall revenue performance through personal sales production and team leadership
  • Maintain active involvement in in‑home appointments to set the standard for sales execution
  • Oversee daily sales operations including appointment flow, territory coverage, and lead utilization
  • Lead, coach, and develop In‑Home Sales Representatives through structured training, ride‑alongs, and performance reviews
  • Support complex or high‑value sales opportunities by assisting in the sales and closing process
  • Review sales performance metrics and take action to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met
  • Execute cancel‑save strategies and collaborate on rehash opportunities to maximize revenue recovery
  • Prepare and lead ongoing sales training, accountability meetings, and performance initiatives
  • Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards aligned with company objectives
  • Partner internally to ensure consistent execution from sale through customer completion
Qualifications
  • Five or more years of successful home‑improvement sales experience, preferably within a one‑day sales environment
  • Prior sales leadership or management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through both personal production and team leadership
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven strengths in coaching, team development, performance management, and organizational leadership
  • Advanced technical proficiency including iPad‑based presentations and electronic contract systems
