Project Manager; pSMILE

About the Role

Culmen International is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for day‐to‐day management of the pSMILE program, including operations, deliverables, financial planning, internal coordination, and strategic implementation across all activities.

• Oversee operations and team coordination for global QA/QC services.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, metrics, and reporting.
• Serve as a central information technology and database liaison.
• Support internal committees (AutoSMILE, validation, SOPs, etc.).
• Liaise with partner organizations and internal stakeholders.

• Advanced degree (MBA advantageous) with project management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical laboratory systems and informatics.
• Experience with quality systems, reporting, and database tools.
