Jacobs is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD
. In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the project facilities including contract and permit compliance, process control, health and safety, quality, internal/external reporting, and employee supervision and management including staffing, compensation, training, performance management and development. Working with other members of our team, you'll build and maintain positive business and customer relationships, and be responsible for the planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facilities.

Responsibilities- Provide overall project management and leadership for facilities operations within the OMFS scope, including staffing, supervision, and development.
- Ensure contract and permit compliance, process control, health and safety, quality, and internal/external reporting.
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships; plan, organize, operate, maintain and improve facilities.
- 6+ years of experience in the operation and maintenance of a water/wastewater facility
- 3+ years of experience at a supervisory level
- Experience overseeing other employees and supervisors in operations and maintenance including process oversight
- Experience developing budgets, tracking expenditures vs budget and variance reporting (written and oral)
- Experience implementing and maintaining H&S policies and practices
- Demonstrated client management experience
- Proficient in mathematical and algebraic calculations related to wastewater treatment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
- Current valid REAL r’s license with no major infractions
- College degree in engineering, technical or business discipline
- Baltimore Wastewater Level 5A Certification or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months
- Experience with DMS and CMMS
- Experience with SCADA systems
- Capable of working independently and maintaining an orderly schedule
- Understanding of the technical aspects of the facility to be managed
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
- Expected to reside within 30 miles of the Baltimore area or willing to relocate

The base salary range for this position is $99,000 to $150,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
