Lead Property & Community Maintenance

FHLB Des Moines is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will lead maintenance activities, ensuring the property is safe and operationally efficient. Responsibilities include overseeing repairs, managing a team of maintenance associates, and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction through excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in maintenance and possess strong leadership skills and and EPA certification.
