You’ll oversee Maintenance, Client Management, Property Management, and Leasing — ensuring they operate as a unified, high-performing machine. You’ll be the Owner’s strategic partner, helping take the company from 400 doors to 750 doors by December 31, 2027
. That means building scalable systems, holding teams accountable, and ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and urgency.

What You’ll Do- Lead and mentor 7 direct reports, instilling a culture of accountability, organization, and proactive problem-solving
. - Translate the Owner’s strategic vision into actionable plans with clear timelines, measurable goals, and consistent follow-through.
- Build scalable operational systems that can handle rapid growth without sacrificing service quality.
- Oversee property performance metrics — from occupancy rates and maintenance turnaround times to client satisfaction scores — and use data to drive decisions.
- Streamline cross-department workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure projects move efficiently to the finish line.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex client or operational issues, ensuring swift, empathetic, and decisive resolution.
- Partner with the Owner on annual goal-setting, budgeting, and KPI tracking, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal property regulations and industry best practices.
- A proven track record of scaling operations — ideally in a high-growth home services, property management or real estate environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of deadlines.
- A proactive mindset — you anticipate challenges before they arise and take ownership of solutions.
- Strong financial acumen — comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
