Pay: $90,000-$110,000.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.
The Center Director oversees and manages the daily operations of the Senior Community Care program under the supervision of the Executive Director. Responsibilities include managing the PACE interdisciplinary team, day center operations, social work, rehabilitation, recreation, enrollment and dietary departments. The Center Director ensures personnel are trained and perform their functions, meets operational service standards and budgetary criteria, manages resource utilization in collaboration with clinic and homecare teams, and maintains compliance with all governing regulations.
In the absence of the Executive Director, the Center Director may assume additional responsibilities.

- Master’s degree in a human services related field
- or bachelor’s degree with over five (5) years of management experience in increasing levels of responsibility
- minimum of five (5) years of management experience, preferably in the area of human services or with the aging population
- at least one year’s experience working with the frail or elderly population
- knowledgeable of the physical, mental, and social needs of the elderly
- medical clearance for communicable diseases and up‑to‑date immunizations before direct participant contact
- Training or related experience related to the assigned role
- Direct oversight, direction and/or supervision of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring processes and decision making are aligned with the PACE Model and the organization’s mission
- Directs, supervises, and evaluates physical therapy, occupational therapy, recreation therapy, dietary, social work staff and other direct reports
- Defines and clarifies responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct reports
- Oversight and administration of the Senior Community Care of PACE program in conjunction with the Executive Director, including effective planning, organization, administration, fiduciary oversight, and evaluation
- Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal contracts, regulations, laws, accreditation, protocol, licensing, and certification requirements governing operations
- Assists with program development and preparation of short‑ and long‑term plans, budgets and related systems based on organizational goals and growth projections
- Assists in the development and implementation of the Senior Community Care’s Strategic Plan
