SummaryThe Program Manager reports to the Executive Director of Operations. This role serves as a liaison between the Women’s Board and Hospital Operations, collaborating on philanthropy endeavors and supporting retail shops through financial reporting and business development.
ShiftPart‑time position, 30 hours per week (3 days a week).
EducationA Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
Licensure, Certification, Ongoing TrainingProfessional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification is strongly preferred.
Work Experience5‑7 years of experience managing programs and projects, including:
- Minimum three (3) years of project or team leadership
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working on projects involving life‑cycle methodologies
- Minimum three (3) years of experience managing project budgets
Range: $37.60 per hour – $62.08 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
