- Manage all sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships and lead staff to achieve relevant KPIs and requirements.
- Monitor and oversee all activities involved with sales, service and execution support.
- Recommend improvements and connect strategy to business outcomes to drive desired client experience, and provide performance reports to leadership.
- Participate in establishing and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Manage client exceptions and escalations.
- Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external service partners.
- Manage, align and oversee the development of the client solutions team, which may include supervisors and individual contributors.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities as described below.
- 3+ years of industry-relevant experience; 2+ years of managerial experience is expected.
- University or college degree (Bachelor’s preferred). In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management applications, customer support policies, standards and procedures, and sales support administration.
- Proficiency in decision‑making, critical thinking, effective communications, problem management, and process management.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and deliver a memorable customer experience.
- Experience with risk assessment and adherence to an enterprise risk‑management framework.
- Proactive leadership with the ability to build diverse, inclusive teams.
- Client counseling and relationship building.
- Business decision‑making and results orientation.
- Competitive advantage analysis and customer experience (CX).
- Personal initiative and strong communication skills.
- Problem management, process management, and sales support administration.
- Chief or senior client‑relationship role experience.
- Experience in a private‑bank or wealth‑management setting.
Base salary: $77,138 – $128,563. Incentive eligible based on company, business and/or individual performance.
