Program Manager/Training Lead

Here at CGS we seek a Program Manager/Training Lead to assist with the design, development, and delivery of training for internal and external audiences for a government client.
Responsibilities- Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize them.
- Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan, using test scenarios and system screenshots.
- Co‑deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end‑to‑end claims lifecycle processes, including curriculum, policies, procedures for claim review, administration, quality control, and payment.
- Design and create user‑friendly, professional graphics and communication media for How‑To Guides, website content, and other materials to inform and educate the public, law firms, and VCF staff.
- Provide support to staff to ease the transition and ensure a successful rollout of transformed claim review and operational processes, working with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team to determine the overall training schedule and timeline.
- Design and develop myVCF system training using materials delivered by the myVCF System Integrator.
- Design and develop communication materials for internal and external audiences, including Power Points, handouts, and the planning and execution of focus groups.
- Submit all communications and training materials for approval by VCF, track them through the approval process, and make necessary adjustments.
- Ability to design and develop a comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e‑learning modules.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent training work streams, ensuring quality and on‑time deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must be a United States citizen.
