Salary Range: $130K-$150K

Position Summary:
We are recruiting a licensed Project Manager with experience managing MEP design teams and interfacing directly with clients. This role involves responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, team coordination, and profitability across multiple active projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and enjoy mentoring and leading cross-functional design teams.
- Initiate project setup and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate technical design efforts across disciplines
- Communicate directly with clients and manage project updates
- Monitor financials, adjust resources, and manage change orders
- Mentor junior engineers and manage performance within the team
- PE license required
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial MEP projects
- Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
- Budgeting, scheduling, and leadership experience
- Excellent client management and communication skills
