OVERVIEW Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Director of Recruitment reporting to the Dean of Undergraduate Admissions. This role provides leadership for undergraduate recruitment initiatives and supports strategic admissions efforts across domestic and international regions. The position focuses on aligning recruitment and marketing activities, supervising admissions staff, and supporting student access through engagement initiatives and partnerships. The Director of Recruitment plays an important role in advancing higher education recruitment strategy while monitoring trends and strengthening outreach efforts.
The role also includes budget oversight, event leadership, and collaboration across admissions operations.
