The Surgical Posting Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the surgical posting team. Will work with the system facilities to improve the surgical posting process. Responsible for resolving all surgical posting issues and work directly with the OR to answer any surgical posting inquiries. Will collaborate with facility and department committees and meet on a monthly bases to improve and develop policies that will decrease surgical posting issues.
Will manage and oversee the process and daily workflow for new facilities as they are added.
- Bachelor degree from a four year college or university or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience in highly preferred
- Minimum five years of surgical posting experience is required
- At least 3 years of previous supervisory experience is required
The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland's Faculty Physician's Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s geographical location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/ training and other qualifications.
