Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Radiation Oncology Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology services management, with a focus on radiation therapy. This role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in clinical and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Radiation Oncology department to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, physicians, and administrative staff to optimize workflows and resource utilization.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols specific to radiation oncology.
  • Manage budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics to achieve operational targets.
  • Drive initiatives for technology integration, process improvements, and staff development.
  • Foster a patient-centered environment that promotes compassionate care and continuous learning.

Work Experience Qualifications
  • 1.Bachelors degree Health Care Administration or related field is required.

    Masters degree in Business or health Administration preferred.
  • 2.Five years progressively responsible professional experience performing operations management  addition, five years supervisory/management experience is required.
