The dop team focuses on consistent field operations, partner performance, quality control, reporting, and continuous improvement.
job summarythe clean corps program manager leads day-to-day implementation within assigned neighborhoods. The position serves as the principal operational contact for assigned sites; coordinates schedules and partner communication; provides training and technical assistance; conducts field monitoring and quality-control reviews; tracks compliance and reporting; resolves implementation issues; and keeps program leadership informed of progress, risks, and needed adjustments.
essential functionssite-level program implementation and coordination (40%)
support day-to-day implementation of clean corps activities within assigned neighborhoods. Work directly with community partners, residents, nonprofit organizations, and city agencies to plan and maintain service schedules. Conduct regular site visits to monitor work, maintain relationships, document conditions, and address operational issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites and support consistent, responsive program delivery.
stakeholder engagement and partner support (25%)
maintain ongoing communication with neighborhood leaders, nonprofit partners, residents, and agency contacts. Provide training and technical assistance on program processes, safety requirements, documentation, and reporting expectations. Help partners identify and resolve implementation challenges and strengthen their ability to meet program standards.
compliance, reporting, and quality control (20%)
monitor program activities for compliance with established requirements, service expectations, and applicable procedures. Conduct field inspections and review submitted reports and supporting documentation to verify completed work. Support partner evaluation and corrective-action processes and ensure required reporting is complete, accurate, and timely.
program support and coordination (10%)
coordinate schedules, communications, documentation, and other activities that support effective program operations. Provide regular updates to program leadership and elevate issues that require management attention or cross-agency coordination. Identify operational issues and support adjustments to workflows, tools, and procedures that improve program performance.
