Essential Functions

  • Lead and deliver program objectives within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
  • Forecast and Recognize appropriate Financial Revenue based on agreed upon milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to sound project management practices
  • Balance multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Manage cross-functional project teams
  • Develop and maintain overall project plans and schedules (including tech transfer)
  • Maintain collaborative, solution-focused communication with clients
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports
  • Monitor milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality completion
  • Troubleshoot issues and promote innovative, data-driven solutions
  • Strengthen program management capabilities across the organization
  • Drive programs forward and overcome obstacles independently
  • Lead without direct authority and influence stakeholders
  • Build strong cross-functional and external relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Adapt within evolving organizational and program structures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education , Experience, Skills
  • B.S / B.A. degree in Project Management, Business or a related pharmaceutical sciences field or equivalent experience in regulated industry.
  • M.B.A. preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of direct experience in contract development or manufacturing specifically in a CDMO environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Aseptic Fill and Finish of Pharmaceutical Drug Products.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project/Smartsheet).
