We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our team as a Creative Director. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's creative output, including graphic design, branding, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative and impactful solutions.

• Lead and manage a team of designers and creative professionals to develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the development of visual branding, marketing materials, and other creative assets for the company
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in all creative projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's creative output
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and materials
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative campaigns and strategies to promote the company's services and brand
• Monitor and analyze the performance of creative projects and make recommendations for improvement as needed
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of creative services
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's overall creative vision and strategy

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a construction or industrial services industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and campaigns
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of current design and marketing trends
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Experience with video production and animation is a plus
