- Ensure successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of major or multiple programs through subordinate program/project managers
- Acquire follow‑on business and support new business development by leading major proposals
- Manage a directorate within a division
- Supervise and develop personnel within a functional area
- Manage one or more projects or programs and potentially an operating office
- Act as a technical liaison with vendors
- Assist in the proposal process and coordinate with the Pricing Department when required
- Manage all phases of the program budget
- Perform contract review analysis using various software
- Develop Quality Assurance Programs for products and services
- Assign staff and provide technical direction
- Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding
- Prepare forecasts of program financial performance
- Develop and deliver contract, departmental, project, and financial reports
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of strong organizational skills in prior roles
