Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Business Analyst

About the Role:

The Project Manager is a key member of the Center for Hope's Program Development & Evaluation team. This role combines project management, grant support, program monitoring, and evaluation to strengthen existing programs and help move new initiatives from concept to implementation.

You will also play a key role in developing Hope Line, an emerging Life Bridge Health initiative focused on creating a centralized consultation, resource navigation, intake, and referral infrastructure. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong writer and organized project professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex work, coordinating across teams, and helping innovative programs grow.

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional follow-up.
• Support Hope Line development from planning and infrastructure building through pilot implementation and evaluation.
• Monitor grant-funded programs for progress toward goals, deliverables, and performance measures.
• Coordinate quarterly and other required grant reporting.
• Support grant writing, including drafting and editing narratives and application materials.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, trackers, reporting tools, and other implementation resources.
• Work across Program, Finance, Data, Compliance, Strategy, Technology, and leadership teams.
• Use program data and performance measures to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, grants, program development, program monitoring, evaluation, healthcare, nonprofit, or human services
• Strong project coordination, organization, and time-management skills
• Excellent professional writing and editing skills
• Experience with grant reporting and/or grant writing strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities while collaborating across teams

Pay Range: $21.50 to $34.83 Based On Experience
