Job Description Drive the success of the premier CDJR dealership in the Baltimore market as our new General Sales Manager in Parkville, MD. Join Mile One Autogroup—the Mid-Atlantic’s largest dealership network—and lead high-volume new and pre-owned operations with unmatched built-in customer traffic.

As the General Sales Manager of CDJR/Volkswagen you will lead a team of 30 Sales Associates, 6 Sales Managers, 6 Finance Managers, and a 100+ unit Used Car Department.

The Opportunity Exceptional Earnings: $250,000-$300,000 + income potential with unlimited upside and top-tier compensation.
