This position will handle programmatic, logistical, and operational aspects of the St. Jude Shrine. This position will have no financial responsibilities. This position is in the office five days a week.

• Supervise Shrine staff members (maintenance coordinator, security guard, etc.)
• Coordinate facility maintenance
• Organize pilgrimage groups visiting the Shrine, including making reservations, providing logistical information, and other
• Manage the gift shop
• Keep track of inventory for the gift shop and reorder as needed
• Assist the Pastoral Director in the coordination of liturgical needs
• Assist the Pastoral Director in any programmatic needs.
• Other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a keen ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks lity to professionally interact with various groups of people and handle sensitive information is required. 2-5 years of experience in a Catholic setting is preferred.
