El Car Wash is seeking a Frontline Lead (Key Holder) to be a trusted on-site leader in our Site Operations team. You will open and close shifts, coach peers, and maintain high standards of customer experience and safety.
This is a working lead role with no direct reports, focused on coaching, presence, and quick problem-solving on the floor. As the key on-site resource, you’ll partner with ASM/SM for escalations, drive energy, and ensure operations run smoothly when management isn’t present.
