We're Hiring:
Lead EMS Operations Supervisor

Life Star Response is looking for a Lead Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team!

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, holding teams accountable, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

You'll play an important role in supporting our employees and field operations, including:

• Tracking attendance, punctuality, call-offs, and timekeeping issues
• Addressing employee concerns such as lateness, dress code, professionalism, and performance
• Providing coaching and participating in corrective action
• Troubleshooting scheduling and staffing issues
• Generating and reviewing operational reports
• Conducting fact-finding and employee investigations
• Maintaining uniform inventory and coordinating orders
• Managing truck and vehicle logistics between bases
• Monitoring Samsara activity and providing driver coaching
• Working closely with Operations and HR to resolve employee and operational concerns
• Supporting supervisors and employees with day-to-day operational needs
• Identifying recurring issues and helping develop solutions

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a dependable, organized leader who can communicate clearly, address problems directly, and follow through.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to handle employee issues professionally and objectively
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience in EMS, transportation, healthcare, logistics, or a similar operational environment preferred
• Experience with Samsara or fleet/telematics systems is a plus
