Lead and manage a team of admissions staff to ensure efficient and effective patient admissions processes
Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals and admissions
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal care outcomes
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Analyze and report on admissions data to inform business decisions and improve outcomes
Foster strong relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve admissions processes
Director of Admissions will also be responsible for creating a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Admissions or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
