Mechanical Assembler (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering)

Contract – Full Time – McKinney, TX – 10+ months – Shift: 5:30 AM to 2 PM – Pay $23.00–$24.00 per hour.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our Thick Films/Lids Group involved in wafer fabrication and related processing activities. The selected candidate will conduct manual tasks, operate semi‑automated and automated processing equipment, perform rework, use microscopes for inspection and precision tasks, and document non‑conformances in our Factory Operating System (FOS).

• Setup shop orders and operate ovens
• Perform manual assembly and soldering tasks
• Use microscopes for inspection and precision tasks
• Follow detailed written work instructions
• Create non‑conformances and rework in FOS
• Complete annual training on safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems

• Experience in manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace or defense industries
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic computer (MS Office) and math skills
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and adhere to quality standards

• Experience working with microscopes
• Soldering experience to Military/ANSI/J standards
• Microelectronics or manufacturing industry experience
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork

Pay Range
: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on education, experience, location, and specific duties.
