Our services directly impact the health and safety of the patients by providing healthcare facilities with top-quality linen services. We sort, process, and deliver linen for every healthcare need.

The Full-time Production Worker position in Baltimore, MD contributes to the production team by ensuring all linen needs are met and quality and safety standards are upheld. The anticipated hourly rate for this position starts at $16.00/hr. with a .25 differential for 2nd shift and is commensurate with experience. • Inspect all linen items to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate small- and large-piece ironing machinery to process linen.
• Sort, stack, and prepare finished linen for storage or shipment in designated carts and shelving areas.

• Degree or diploma preferred, but we value practical experience. Applicants with equivalent work experience or skill-based backgrounds will be considered.
• A positive and goal-driven attitude with a desire to be a team player.
• Personal reliability and ability to follow routine instructions.
• Previous Production experience preferred but not required.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

This position reports directly to the supervisor and will be based out of the Baltimore facility. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

The normal hours for this position are 06:00 AM- 5:00 PM but must be flexible with additional hours as needed.

2nd shift: 03:30 PM- 12:00 AM, with possibilities of overtime;
Ending sometimes at 02:00 AM (Monday through Friday). Some weekend work may be required.

All new hires are eligible for increases after the three-month probationary period until reaching top rate per the CBA.
