Ensure equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair of all equipment failures.;
Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging.;
Develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and resolution of recurring problems.;
Rapid identification of machine problems with root cause analysis to prevent re-occurrence.;
Transfer knowledge to Niagara team members to develop operating and troubleshooting procedures in bottling production areas.
