Job Description
Glia Cell is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect on one of our subcontracts. This is a full‑time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission‑related software and systems to a large government contract.
Key RequirementsTo be considered for this position you must have the following:
- Possess an active or re‑instatable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty (20) years of IT experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of IT experience of which five (5) years must be in the Cloud environment.
- A Master’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of IT experience.
- A PhD in a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of IT experience.
- Works well independently as well as on a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Supports PAC hybrid computing efforts by providing recommendations and advice regarding the design and architecture of the agency’s cloud‑based hybrid computing environment.
- Tasks include understanding the government’s cloud computing objectives and the implementing contractor’s plans and approach, and providing recommendations to support the Government’s adoption of, migration to or governance/management of Cloud computing, Cloud Dev Ops, and other Cloud oriented activities.

Salary RangeThe salary range for this full‑time position is $200,000 to $280,000. Your salary is determined by your individual benefits package selection.
