Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon.

We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. * Proposal Support - Contribute to the development of proposals, including cost and schedule inputs, compliance reviews, and coordination of technical content.

* Integrated Team Collaboration - Work with cross‑functional Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) and stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, mission assurance, and business management to ensure alignment and execution.

* Design‑Maturity Activities - Support design‑maturity reviews (e.g., CDR, PDR) and lead risk‑reduction testing to advance product readiness.

* Change Management - Own configuration, schedule, and baseline change processes, ensuring full traceability and adherence to contract and internal requirements.

* IRAD & Internal Leverage - Coordinate with IRAD programs and internal engineering resources to reuse existing work, avoid duplication, and accelerate development.

* Reporting & Communication - Provide status updates and executive briefings to leadership, customers, and other program stakeholders.
