Salary Range: $67,575.00 - $91,425.00

Job Shift: 1st Shift

The primary role of the Production Planner is to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process by scheduling production runs.

• Develop and review production plan with the management team.
• Coordinate and schedule production activities on all available production lines.
• Meet production goals and demands and operate within budget.
• Revise production schedules when required due to order changes, material shortages, and capacity constraints while collaborating with management.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Purchasing departments to ensure real time inventory for upcoming production runs.
• Work closely with the Quality Manager to comply with regulatory and 3rd party auditing agencies.
• Work with the facility manager to develop process improvements and recommend or procure new or replacement machinery.
• Maintain, manage and strive to improve yield and production metrics.
• Follow safety guidelines, company standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Three to five years of experience scheduling production.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma; degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP and SQF preferred.
