Filamatic designs and builds complex industrial filling and integrated packaging systems serving the pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostic, cosmetic and cannabis markets. For more than seventy years, the company’s success has been driven by disciplined execution, technical excellence, and a deep commitment to developing people through continuous improvement. We operate under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and seek a commercially adept and results oriented individual who will collaborate with the Executive team, and conduct cross‑functional planning with Sales, Engineering, and Finance.
The Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations has end‑to‑end accountability for the manufacturing and supply chain value stream—spanning supplier strategy and material planning through fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery of complex industrial machinery. This role is responsible for the integrated performance of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and supporting operational functions to ensure predictable delivery, working capital efficiency, and scalable growth.

The Director has full accountability for delivery performance, supplier reliability, lead time, inventory turns, gross margin, and working capital, while developing future leaders across manufacturing and supply chain.
