- Able to assemble small, complex, and intricate parts.
- Efficiently and promptly pull and pack inventory orders.
- Utilize UPS World Ship, USPS, and Fed Ex software to process shipping labels.
- Ensure the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage packing/shipping supplies inventory and request reorders as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of all shipped and received goods.
- Conduct product deliveries to various local customer locations using company vehicles.
- Obtain customer signatures on delivery tickets and provide receipts.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Inspect inbound shipment deliveries for damage before acceptance.
- Verify inbound shipment accuracy by reviewing purchase orders or shipping manifests.
- Receive and check in deliveries and transfer stock items to shelves in the correct locations.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, utilizing floor machines and cleaning equipment as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- A valid state driver’s license in good standing is required.
- Knowledge of UPS World Ship software.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and metrics.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse shipping and receiving department setting is required.
- Experience using UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship Manager, and DHL Online.
- Quality Control Inspector experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
