General Laborer / Utility – Baltimore, OH

Shift: 12‑hour rotating shift (2‑2‑3). Must be able to work 6am‑6pm and 6pm‑6am, switching every 2 weeks.

Pay: $25.96 per hour, up to $55,000+ per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), vacation.

• Responsibilities vary day‑to‑day based on operational needs driven by customer requirements.
• Support the Operations teams by packaging products into finished goods (ticketing, banding, wrapping) per customer specifications and transporting them to various on‑site warehouses, and/or delivering baled corrugated raw material for reuse in our Paper Manufacturing Process.
• Approximately 40% of time spent on hand‑control Bobcat; the balance for general cleanup and training on higher paying positions.
• Bobcat experience not required but is a plus.
• Receive job‑specific training in addition to safe use and operation of powered industrial trucks to transport materials.
• Operate routine production machinery and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• No experience required.

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
