The PSI Group in Williamsport, MD, a leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes, seeks Material Handlers/Forklift Operators to join both the 1st and 2nd shift teams. These are full‑time positions with a core schedule of Monday through Friday and require the ability to work overtime as needed. The role does not require rotating shifts. Responsibilities include the safe loading, unloading, storage, and transportation of materials and finished goods within the manufacturing facility.

Operations involve forklift, turret, manual pallet jack, and powered pallet jack use, with some tasks requiring manual handling. Good attendance is mandatory.

• Safety First Mentality
• 3–5 years of Forklift Operator/Material Handler experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to work core schedules as follows:
  • 2nd shift – 3:30 pm–1:30 am, Monday through Thursday
  • Availability for overtime as necessary
• Knowledge of safe forklift operations
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
• Physical ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
• Physical ability to bend, reach, stoop, crouch, or kneel for extended periods
• General knowledge of computer and bar‑code scanning systems
