Salary Range: $23.92 - $31.20 Hourly
Job Shift: 1st Shift
Primary Responsibilities- Accurately pick, measure and blend formulas using standard operating procedures and GMPs.
- Supervise and direct others in blending and batching.
- Operate blenders, mixers, cookers and ancillary equipment without direction and within SOP and process guidelines.
- Ensure proper lot coding, prepare samples for lab testing and work closely with packaging to ensure timely preparation.
- Continually monitor product quality and advise of quality issues.
- Monitor and report on food safety issues when perceived.
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
- Must be forklift qualified (training available).
- Able to lift 50lb bags and pails.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Prior blending experience preferred.
- Flexible Work Schedule.
