Equipment Assembly Technician - ETO

Intralox L.L.C. is seeking Equipment Assembly Technicians (ETO) to perform sub‑assembly, final assembly, and troubleshooting of industrial conveyor equipment.
Location: Hanover, MD; may be assigned at Sparrows Point, MD.

• Assemble discrete conveyor equipment following DWF and assembly procedures.
• Responsible for final system assembly and testing.
• Use hand tools, shears, brakes, saws, milling machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Apply established standards, processes and procedures to ensure workplace safety and quality.
• Report part or equipment defects to supervisors for prompt resolution.
• Read pneumatic schematics and run airlines.
• Conserve resources and supplies to minimize waste.
• Follow the attendance policy of the Department.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Work overtime, flexible schedules, holidays, and weekends as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical procedures.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Self‑managed, team player comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Punctual and able to commit to dynamic schedules.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to flex to Sparrows Point location.
• Capable of safely working extended periods, mostly standing, beyond an 8‑hour day.
• Ability to lift materials up to 48 pounds.

Experience working in a Lean environment.

• Familiar with all forms of conveyor line applications.
