We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead quality operations within a precision CNC machining environment serving the Aerospace and Defense industries. This role is responsible for ensuring all products meet strict regulatory and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
- Oversee inspection processes and ensure adherence to GD&T requirements
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of CNC Machinists
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Strong CNC Machining experience with various machines
- Proven analytical and data analysis skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or higher)
