Lab Dev Product Architect SE3

DCCA is a veteran-owned IT business providing innovative solutions to government agencies and commercial enterprises. This role focuses on high‑profile, mission‑critical work that supports national security objectives. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (CI polygraph within the last 5 years).

• High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general systems engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience
• Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience
• PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high‑level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
• Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities
• Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documents
• Guide system development and implementation planning through preparation of systems engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
• Interact with the Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and resolve associated problems, issues or conflicts
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables in the Systems Engineering area of responsibility
• Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives

• Proposed salary range in Maryland: $150,000 (final salary determined by various factors)
