Responsibilities- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules
- Coordinate with production planning teams using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like SAP to optimize manufacturing workflows and inventory management
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste
- Manage plant personnel, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting professional development
- Oversee supply chain management activities by analyzing supply chain analytics to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Implement process improvements through detailed analysis of manufacturing processes and quality control data
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure mechanical systems are operating optimally and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for effective production planning and inventory control
- Strong background in lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvement strategies
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and assembly processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage plant operations efficiently
- Familiarity with supply chain management, including logistics, procurement, and supply chain analytics
- Ability to analyze data for continuous improvement initiatives and operational decision-making
