Responsable Technique – H/F

You will join the Maroquinerie de Saulieu (21) as a Responsible Technical. Attached to the Director of the factory, you are the technical pillar of the workshop. You orchestrate the industrialization of new products, pilot the continuous improvement of processes and guarantee the excellence of know-how.

You manage a multidisciplinary team (6 people: methods & continuous improvement, maintenance and upkeep) and are the guarantor of industrial performance.

Your missions:

Piloting Industrialization:

• Participate in the industrialization of products.
• Realize production templates.
• Manage investments in production means.
• Pilot transfers between sites.

Transmission of Industrialization Processes:

• Supervise technical support in production start-up.
• Update technical machine documentation.

Monitoring and Improvement of Performance:

• Update ranges to guarantee performance.
• Control the performance of production lines.

Continuous Improvement of Processes:

• Propose and apply solutions to improve processes.
• Integrate new processes to optimize productivity.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Pilot the maintenance team.
• Ensure maximum availability of machines.

Team Management and Collaboration:

• Manage a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with the design office and support services.

Required Skills:

You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position ideally in the world of manufactured products.

• You adapt quickly to new situations.
• You make informed decisions and synthesize data to solve problems.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, facilitating clear transmission of information within the team.
• With significant experience in a similar field, you manage and develop the skills of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the QCD result of production.
• You show great rigor in managing your missions and in organizing your work.
• You have strong leadership allowing you to actively contribute to the development of your team.
• Your project management experience allows you to effectively pilot the various missions related to the position.
