Senior Sprinkler Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sprinkler Designer to support fire protection projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who can work independently, mentor junior staff as needed, and contribute to high-quality, code-compliant fire sprinkler system designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design fire sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and project specifications
• Prepare detailed layout drawings, hydraulic calculations, and material takeoffs
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and AHJs
• Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance
• Support troubleshooting and design revisions during construction
• Assist with project planning and scheduling as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience as a sprinkler designer within the fire protection industry
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection standards
• AutoSPRINK experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
